Q1 Define what is meant by a vertical agreement (you can find help with this in Chapter Nine of the Primer).  Describe by using a diagram what interbrand and

intrabrand competition are in terms of the levels of participants in a market, and define what those terms mean.  There are six examples of vertical agreements given;

list those six examples and explain them.  Why do you think more of the vertical restraints analyzed under the “rule of reason” analysis than horizontal agreements?

What might explain the difference? (HINT: think about the economic effects of the two in relation to the consumer).

there is a horizontal agreements between firms? What might the steps be?
