My term paper is based on the case study of the 1954 United States Supreme Court ruling on the Brown v. Board of Education that proved the “Separate but equal” clause to be a violation of the 14th amendment of the constitution. In addition, I will discuss the impact it had on the U.S., positives and negatives (pros and cons).
