Step 1:
Select a firm that is listed in UK and its local competitor, as well as creating a portfolio of firms operating in similar industry.In order to compare the firms in the context of their sector of operations, you should create a portfolio of UK firms operating in a similar industry.
Five firms have been chosen, you can find it in the ATTACHED FILES. One for main firm, one for local competitor, the other three as a portfolio of UK firms operating in similar industry.
Industry Classification: Hotels
Step 2:
Balance Sheet and Income Statement for each firm in order to distinguish between operating and financing activities.(Balance Sheet and Income Statement of each firm are in the ATTACHED FILES)
Step 3:
Calculate ratios based on reformulated financial statements?ratios have been calculated, it has been uploaded in the ATTACHED FILES?
