Four Organizational Theory perspectives, namely Modernist, Critical theorist, Symbolic Interpretivist and Postmodernist, produce different narratives about technology.Critically analyse the two readings and evaluate how their ontological and epistemological positions result in a different understanding and narrative of technology within organisations.
