Growth in organizations is affected by the ability to utilize employees’ vital skills for innovation of products and services. When serious conflict arises on a team, intervention is necessary. Using the principles outlined in the article, discuss how one of the inter-team conflict resolution techniques has been used to eliminate disagreement on a team in your personal or professional experience. Describe the situation, the issue, and how the conflict was addressed.
