How would you handle a team member who is “lazy” or different? What if they are not doing their job? What would you do? What would you not do?

With the implementation of systems, new technologies, and new corporate strategies, individuals will work as part of a team and will work with many varying personalities and levels of work ethic.  There is a signifcant problem with workplace bullying and a lack of civility.

  • conduct research on civility in the workplace and in IT projects.
  • document what you found as either a problem and/or a solution.
  • How would you handle a team member who is “lazy” or different?  What if they are not doing their job?  What would you do?  What would you not do?
