The case study of “Engstrom Auto Mirror Plant: Motivating in good times and bad.” I will upload the documents. The case study should include the following:
The situation: Brief description of the situation, key issues, challenges presented by the case;
The objectives: List the specific objectives will your recommended course of action will seek to achieve; that is, identify what needs to be accomplished to address successfuly the situation, issue, challenges raised in the case.
The Recommendation: Describe your recommended course of action to achieve the objectives noted. Identify concrete actionable steps that should be taken;
The Analysis: Assess the limitation and strengths of your recommended course of action. Describe the drwabacks of your preferred course of action, and how the strengths exceed these limitations.
