The Research Paper will address the psychological implications of addiction (and/or other disorders).
You will choose either a writer or comedian or musician or actor/actress, and examine the role
addiction (to drugs or to alcohol or to plastic surgery or to whatever) had on his or her career –
employing the psychology of addiction (or even using the psychology of other disorders); the person’s
work and life will be scrutinized from the psychological perspective – that is, a strictly clinical point of
view will be employed to compose the paper. The subjective – I, me, my, mine, we, our, ours – is to be
avoided at all costs.
