After reading “A Brief History: The U.S. Department of Labor” and the film transcript, “EEOC: The Early Years,” identify the event that you think had the biggest impact on our workplace today. Write a 1–2 page paper that reflects why you think this event is significant and provide a rationale to support your choice. Relate the event to a personal experience, that of a friend, co-worker, relative, or an event you find during your research.
