Introduction

To achieve a pass in this unit, you must successfully address all of the assessment criteria listed (P1-P12). We expect all students to achieve their potentials and would encourage you to address all pass criteria, merit and distinction descriptors.
For certain tasks students are encouraged to use real life examples and/or the scenario provided below.
There is not set format for this report. However, like all business report you should have an introduction and a conclusion.

You need to consider the legalities of choice of word for the adverts to avoid discrimination.
